These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Anchor & Field, including The Recovery Line automated lead-response system. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Anchor & Field provides automated call-response, lead qualification, appointment booking, and reporting systems built on third-party infrastructure (including Twilio and Google Workspace). Service availability depends on these providers and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of business information provided to us
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to receive automated communications at the phone number provided
  • You agree not to use the system for any unlawful purpose

SMS Consent & Opt-Out

By using this service, you and your customers consent to receive automated text messages related to lead qualification, scheduling, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for support.

Payment & Billing

Pricing and billing terms are agreed upon separately between Anchor & Field and each client prior to service activation.

No Guarantee of Results

While The Recovery Line is designed to help capture and recover missed-call leads, Anchor & Field does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, booking rates, or business results, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Anchor & Field is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue or missed communications due to third-party service outages.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
